Call for Papers

SAMPE Europe seeks high-quality technical papers that focus on Challenging Applications in advanced composites materials, their processes, research, and development for the SAMPE Europe 2024 Conference in Belfast, Northern Ireland from 24th – 26th September, 2024.

Abstract Submission has officially been closed by April 15

Each year, hundreds of abstracts are submitted to be reviewed for inclusion in the program. Industry leaders, academics, Master and Ph.D. students, researchers, engineers, chemists, and business professionals with innovative ideas, products, and challenging research solutions are encouraged to submit an abstract. For Belfast 2024 we received over 150 Abstracts for review. With 20 different sessions and about 80 spots on stage available, the review Cie. has to make choices for the preliminary program based on the final Technical Papers. Therefore after reviewing the Scientific Cie. will finally decide whether it will be accepted for Oral or Poster presentation.

Upon acceptance of your abstract, a Technical Paper (Academia) max. 8 – 12 pages A4 or Technical PPT (Industry) max. 20 – 30 slides is due by May 01, 2024. For uploading your Technical Paper or PPT, please select the browse button. We accept files in Portable Document Format (PDF) only. Note: Acceptance of your abstract is not a guarantee of an oral presentation.

Authors accepted for submitting are entitled to register for the conference at the reduced author’s rate. If you like to submit/present several papers be aware that you need to register and pay for each reviewed Technical Paper or PPT accepted.
